Mar 28: Preserve Pittsburgh summit

March 28:  Preserve Pittsburgh Summit -- Team up to preserve local history. The Preserve Pittsburgh Summit is an interactive, collaborative workshop on historic preservation for students, young professionals and people of all ages. Learn about the preservation planning process and develop solutions for the reuse of historic places. Excellent networking and mentoring opportunities. Lunch will be provided.

Summit:  8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the Frick Fine Arts building at Pitt; free.   Reception, 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM at the Carnegie Museum of Art ($25.00 Regular Ticket; $15.00 YPA Members; $10.00 Students, with food and cash bar).  YPA announces the winners of its presentation video contest & Promise Award in the Carnegie Museum of Art Theater, followed by a networking reception in the Scaife Foyer.  To register, go to www.youngpreservationists.org
